DameWare Mobile lets you remotely access and troubleshoot all of the Windows computers on your network from anywhere from your iPhone or iPad.
DameWare Mobile brings the powerful desktop remote control features of the award-winning systems administration software, DameWare Remote Support (DRS), to your iPhone or iPad.
With DameWare Mobile, you can:

Important:
DameWare Mobile will only work with a trial or fully licensed copy of DameWare Remote Support installed on your network. Before using DameWare Mobile, you must first download, install and configure DRS including the DameWare Mobile Gateway service. You must also deploy the DameWare agent to all computers you wish to connect to. Please visit the DRS website for more information regarding the configuration of DRS and the DameWare Mobile Gateway service.

I had low expectations....
DameWare Mini Remote Control is a program for connecting servers, desktops and notebooks remotely with an aim to solve troubleshooting. It can work on several platforms. It can work on several platforms. Mac and Citrix? You'd then click whatever dameware icon and it will fire up the Citrix client on your Mac. No need for Windows at all.
They even beat that. Not much use for this app, except burning up your iPhone storage..
Could be better
They need to allow browsing of Active Directory computers so you don't have to enter the workstation info in if you've never connected to it. Another alternative would be to allow importing from your Saved Host List in DameWare Mini Remote on the Windows side.
Would also be nice if it included some of the features found in DRS like group membership and password reset capabilities. There are other AD management apps out there, but no 'all in one' solution that I know of.
This is, however, a big step towards complete mobility for enterprise level system administrators and I'm glad to see it in the App Store.
Poor Execution
I have been using this for about 10 minutes now and so far it is one of the worst remote experiences that I have had. The screen refresh is horrible, which is a huge contributor to a poor overall experience So far this product barely functions.
